The outlet noted that a scene in the last episode will bring viewers back to the mid-to-late 90s. This is where Jack and Rebecca are undergoing a transition in their relationship. After years of being a stay-at-home mom, Rebecca makes a decision to hit the road and sing with her band again.

The publication reported that Jack saw Rebecca’s tour as the his wife’s attempt to get away from the family. This will led to the Pearson patriarch to start drinking again. The outlet noted that Jack’s reunion with alcohol will eventually bite him in the ass.

On the other hand, the initial report noted that Moore revealed who’s going to be part of the finale episode. The finale is just Milo [Ventimiglia] and I. I think [creator] Dan [Fogelman] is really breaking a lot of rules of network TV,” said Moore.

The Tangled actress said that though the central story is about Jack and Rebecca, the series may also show scenes related to the other characters in the story. “I want to know how Miguel and Rebecca [got together]! How did that happen?”
