The Daily Show news — The show was no doubt electrically charged as two of the nation’s most outspoken people with opposing ideas met and discussed some controversial topics on national television.
Into the Lion’s Den called The Daily Show
Conservative commentator Tomi Lahren would have known better than to accept Trevor Noah’s invitation to guest on The Daily Show, where he serves as its host. It was a no-brainer that she was walking straight into the lion’s den. For one, she is a conservative while he is a liberal.
Both of them rose to prominence for their unapologetic takedowns on some of the hottest issues in the nation, such as race and politics. Noah’s popularity even rose during the elections because of his no-nonsense comments. Lahren, who hosts The Blaze’s Tomi, rose to popularity through her incendiary takedowns on current events, especially on subjects like Colin Kaepernick and the Black Lives Matter (BLM) activist movement.
The Daily Show host Trevor Noah did not waste any second as he started the segment asking Lahren why she is so angry. Lahren seemed unfazed as she answered him that she is not angry. She added that she is just trying to give a voice to conservative America for people who are afraid to speak their minds for fear of being labeled.
To my fans: Trevor Noah is not a douche or a jerk. To Trevor's fans: I'm not a bitch or c*nt. We are people with opposing views. That's it.

Much better than the presidential debates?
Although there were lighter moments, the general back-and-forth discussion between the two was electrically charged. In fact, it’s much better than the presidential debates between the candidates.
Noah tried to faze Lahren with his leading questions. Nevertheless, she retained her composure and her belief telling the former that he can call her whatever he wants but she will not back down. That’s one hell of a fighter considering it was not her show! There are those who wonder whether or not Noah will be as graceful as Lahren if she invites him to her own show.
The show ended with Noah asking her if there are things she would like to clear up. Lahren candidly and bravely said that she wished people can discuss such things without thinking ill about each other. After that, both Lahren and The Daily Show host commended each other on Twitter.
