The teaser starts off with a plate with various human body parts being assembled, which will later read as the number two. Later, a question pops out of the screen: “Ready for seconds?” Towards the end of the video, Netflix reveals Santa Clarita Diet‘s Season 2 release date is in 2018.

Moreover, the outlet notes that production for Santa Clarita Diet Season 2 will start this summer. The horror-comedy web series aired its first season on Feb. 3, 2017.
