Rick and Morty Season 3 is much-anticipated owing to the show’s uncertain release date. It has been rumored that the Adult Swim series is finally returning to the small screens early next year. That said, it is also being speculated that the upcoming season will have 19 new awesome episodes, compared to the last two seasons’ episode count.
Interestingly, creator Dan Harmon has also dropped interesting teasers on what to expect in the show’s third season. Get to know what fans should expect when the show returns next month.
Rick and Morty Season 3: 19 awesome new episodes underway?
An interesting report from News Everyday revealed that fans are finally in for a bit of good news this time around! The new animated series is set to feature 19 new episodes when it premieres next year. Harmon reportedly confirmed this bit of update, saying that last season’s cliffhanger will finally be given more light.
Could this spell out a new adventure for Rick and Morty?
Rick and Morty Season 3 premieres on March 2017?
Fans were dismayed when it was announced that the show was originally slated for a mid-2016 premiere. However, during the Magic City Comic Con, Harmon reportedly mentioned how bumping the release date is a better idea in terms of having more episodes.
Accordingly, the same outlet reveals that Rick and Morty will be traveling to different places and since the creators do not want to compromise on cutting these adventures short (a.k.a. the animation work done on this show is tedious!), Season 3’s alleged 19-episode run will be perfect for the upcoming storyline.

Rick and Morty Season 3 spoilers: The duo is heading to Hawaii and China!
There have been reports saying that the show will bring on interesting new escapades. The same publication reports that Rick and Morty will soon be heading to China and Hawaii soon. While it has not yet been confirmed, a tweet from the show’s official account dropped hints saying how the duo could possibly be heading to Asia soon.
It was previously reported, too, that a private company is now working on a Titanic theme park in Sichuan province “which will smash into an iceberg repeatedly.” Considering the scale of comedy the show brings, this could possibly be integrated in the show’s upcoming season.
Meanwhile, not much has been hinted on regarding Rick and Morty’s travel to Hawaii. Fans should expect more surprises when the third season is revealed.
