After Alex Quinn’s feature, NCIS Season 14 Episode 21 puts the spotlight on Nick Torres. The NCIS team gets a new case that taps into an undercover operation Torres did for the agency. Where will this case lead Torres to?
NCIS Season 14 Episode 21 Spoilers
Wilmer Valderrama’s character Nick Torres is the main man in the upcoming NCIS episode. International Business Times reports that in Episode 21 titled One Book, Two Covers, Gibbs’ (Mark Harmon) team investigates a murder case of Marine. The outlet notes that the initial results link a dirt bike gang to be the possible culprit for the marine’s death.
It turns out, the gang which the team needs to investigate is the same dirt bike group Torres worked undercover with for a year. The publication reports that Torres will tap on his old contacts and case notes to re-familiarize himself with the gang.
However, it seems there is more than meets the eye. NCIS Season 14 Episode 21 spoilers hint that Torres’ past comes back to haunt him. Cartermatt.com reports that this characteristic of Valderrama’s character will “raise questions of trust and concerns over proper procedure.”
The latter report notes that in the trailer, Gibbs will shut the elevator down where he and Torres are in. Gibbs will confront Torres that he should know what is he up to. The publication reports that the group’s usual “simpatico” with one another will be challenged this episode.

A Cohesive NCIS Unit Soon?
This is because there is going to be a lot of internal strife to happen in this upcoming episode. The outlet notes that most of this will be coming from Valderrama’s character which was already evident all season.
Torres, having worked alone most of the time, feels more confident doing things his own way on his own terms. The outlet notes that he tends to do things his way rather than how a team normally works.
Despite these rifts that may happen while the investigation is ongoing, the outlet predicts that towards the end of Episode 21, the NCIS team will become more of a cohesive unit. This will, of course, depend on whether Torres will continue to follow his team leader’s instructions.
On the other hand, the CBS hit crime drama series only has two episodes left before its season finale. NCIS Season 14 Episode 21 will air on Tuesday, April 18 on CBS. Do you agree that the NCIS team will be more cohesive before Episode 21 ends? Share your thoughts with us!
