While we’re happy to see Viola Davis (Annalise Keating) winning an Oscar for her role in Fences, we’re sad to note this might mean a reduced role in How To Get Away With Murder Season 4. We have spanking new report that the next season would focus on the Castillos (Laurel’s family) rather than in Philadelphia and Annalise.
Now that we know who Wes Gibbins’ (Alfred Enoch) killer was or were, we will have to witness how the team unravels the evidence. The last scene of How To Get Away With Murder Season 3 gave us such a startle—Laurel (Karla Souza) actually knows Wes’ killer. After repeatedly accusing Annalise of killing Wes, it turned out that her father was the real murderer.
How To Get Away With Murder Season 4: Plots And More
Laurel also happens to know the hired assassin who took down Wes. The name is Dominic, and he is also in cahoots with District Attorney Denver, who wants Annalise’s head on a silver platter. We’ll know more about Dominic, who Souza said is more of her friend than her father’s, in How To Get Away With Murder Season 4.
Creator Pete Souza said he’s very excited to explore another world now that Wes’ murderer has been revealed. Surely, with so much that happened, the Keating five cannot stay in Philadelphia forever? The DA is hot on their tracks, as well as Annalise’s.
This means Season 4 would focus on Laurel’s father and the telecommunications company he leads. It has been revealed in one of the scenes of Season 3 that Laurel grew up in a drug cartel. She even had to lie to the police and say she wasn’t kidnapped when she actually was.
Deeper Feelings Mean More Chaos
Oliver Hampton (Conrad Ricamora) and Connor Walsh (Jack Falahee) remain to be our favorite couple in How To Get Away With Murder. At the end of Season 3, we saw Connor propose to Connor, asking him to move to anywhere they could be together.
They have been in an on-and-off relationship in the last three seasons, so we don’t know how exactly Connor is going to take the proposal. We’re hoping he’ll say yes, of course. He has always been the one who needs Oliver the most.
As for Michaela (Aja Naomi King) and Asher (Matt McGorry), they finally said the big “I love yous” to each other. So, does it mean a happily ever after for the two? Not so fast, this is How To Get Away With Murder Season 4, after all.
