Dragon Ball Super Episode 79 Spoilers: Majin Buu In Danger

Dragon Ball Super episode 79 is posing some real scary events after last week’s episode. According to reports, it seems like Majin Buu will be defeated by Kicker Basil. The fighters from Universes 7 and 9, are set to go head to head in the first tournament set up by Omni-Knight. Many know Kicker Basil to be one of the most deadly fighters in the universe. If rumors are to be believed, Majin Buu is getting ready for a big battle with Kicker Basil.

Dragon Ball Super Episode 79 Spoilers: Majin Buu’s Naivete Causes His Defeat

According to Latin Post, the series’ 79th episode will be entitled Universe 9’s Kicker Basil vs Universe 7’s Majin Buu. The title alone suggests that the main episode will revolve greatly on this impending battle.

The episode preview shows Majin Buu feeling very relaxed about this battle, even if he is going up against one of the universe’s strongest kickers. The publication also notes how Majin Buu is taking it easy, thinking that the upcoming fight is simply just a game.

Interestingly, the upcoming fight will show the fighters’ similarities. Majin Buu is known for his extreme naivety. Despite being in the face of danger, he makes it seem that he is still relaxed even when he’s about to be defeated. Kicker Basil on the other hand, starts the fight gently before he destroys his opponent completely. Obviously, universe 9’s fighter seems to have the bigger chance of winning as he is more serious than Majin Buu.

In the end, it was reported that Majin Buu will lose because he did not take the match seriously. Kicker Basil immediately assaulted Majin Buu, but instead of getting hurt, he appeared to be unaffected.

Dragon Ball Super Episode 79: Goku Upset Over Majin Buu’s Loss

Comic Book mentions that Goku and his team are upset about the outcome of the fight. Throughout the battle, Goku’s voiceover can even be heard begging Majin Buu to take the match seriously.

The Dragon Ball Super storyline kicked off the Universal Survival saga from last week’s episode. The new arc premiered last Feb. 5. Check out the official synopsis below:
