Blue Bloods Celebrates Major Milestone; Shadow Of A Doubt Episode Still Without Donnie Wahlberg

Blue Bloods will reach a major television milestone when they air their 150th episode next month. Selleck shares the reason why he thinks the series made this far. Meanwhile, Jamie and Eddie leads the story in the series’ season finale episode titled Shadow of a Doubt.

In the world of television, a show’s existence is always dependent on viewership ratings. A series can only last for one season and if you are lucky, like Blue Bloods, you can reach up to seven seasons.

Blue Bloods Reaches Major Milestone

CBS Philly reports that the police procedural and legal drama series will reach a major television milestone in March. This is because the CBS hit series will be airing their 150th episode by then. The media outlet had a chance to chat with Blue Bloods cast member Tom Selleck on set where he commented that reaching 150 episodes is a “real blessing.”

Moreover, the actor said that since their show’s first season, he already had a hunch that Blue Bloods is special. Selleck said, “Anytime you do a show where the characters are as clearly drawn and as interesting and as flawed as our characters, I think the show has potential.” Moreover, the Blue Bloods cast member attributes the show’s success to the cast and crew’s hard work and dedication.

Moreover, the actor revealed that he is not tired of the series and thinks his co-stars share his sentiments. “Everything goes by in a flash and so does 150 episodes.”

Blue Bloods Season 7 Episode 17 Spoilers

In other Blue Bloods news, Cartermatt.com reported that Jamie (Will Estes) and Eddie (Vanessa Ray) will get the lead in Blue Bloods Season 7’s upcoming episode. Viewers will see the two police officers “suspect foul play when they respond to a distress call from a woman.”

Moreover, in the same episode, Erin (Bridget Moynahan) will learn that a man she convicted a few years back might just be innocent of the crime. Frank (Selleck), on the hand, will handle a PR crisis in his department.

While a new episode is good, Donny Wahlberg fans are wondering whether he is going to be part of this episode or not. Fans will have to watch Episode 17 to see if Wahlberg is going to be in the episode or not.

The Blue Bloods series premiered on CBS on Sept. 24, 2010. The series is filmed in New York City. It follows the lives of the Reagan family of police officers. Blue Bloods Season 7 Episode 17 will air on March 10. What can you say about the show reaching 150 episodes? Share your thoughts with us!
