Big Bang Theory Season 10: Leonard And Penny Are On The Rocks

When the next episode of Big Bang Theory Season 10 airs this January, we might see Penny’s (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard’s (Johnny Galecki) marriage having issues because the former thinks her husband is taking her for granted. Aside from that, there are other relationship milestones that we may see as the story progresses.

In The Romance Recalibration, Penny will invite Amy (Mayim Bialik) to a spa date with her, where they will bond over stories about Leonard and Sheldon (Jim Parsons). That’s pretty harmless, right? Not for Leonard. He’s alarmed by Penny’s actions and will go to great lengths to prove that he loves her deeply.

Other relationships in Big Bang Theory Season 10 also having issues?

Aside from Penny and Leonard, it looks like Raj (Kunal Nayyar) will also be facing some love problems of his own. Emily (Laura Spencer) seems to be returning to the show to complicate Raj’s life in the romance department. But Emily’s not the biggest surprise for Raj. Apparently, she will be there with another one of Raj’s ex-girlfriend, Claire (Alessandra Torresani).

It can be recalled that Raj already ended things with both Emily and Claire. He even opened up about it to Stuart (Kevin Sussman) in The Hot Tub Contamination. When asked what his best date night was like, Raj said it was with Stuart when they were drinking wine in a bathtub.

These revelations coincided with what showrunner Steve Molaro said in Cheat Sheet, as quoted by Travelers Today, that the couples in Big Bang Theory will take bigger steps together.

Season 10 will be the last one?

Despite this excitement about the upcoming episode this January, there are still speculations that Season 10 will be the last one for the hit CBS series. This came about because of issues surrounding Parsons’ commitments, the cast’s salaries, and Cuoco’s decision to apparently focus on her family.

Even Molaro thought this could be the last season for the show. In the same interview, he said that it’s possible that Big Bang Theory Season 10 would be “the ending point. He, however, pointed out that he couldn’t speak for everyone.
