NBA Trade Rumors: DeMarcus Cousins Leaving Alongside Rudy Gay?

According to NBA trade rumors, chances are high that DeMarcus Cousins could be traded very soon. At the present time, Cousins’ rumored trade is finally coming to reality despite being around for quite some time and Boogie is still in Sacramento.

This time, rumors suggest that by the time that February’s trade deadline comes to his doorstep, he may no longer be with the Kings. Obviously, a move is likely to come in the first half of December according to the spreading rumors among the front office executives around the league.

On the other hand, it appears that The Kings don’t want to give up their reign just yet. In fact, they have a new coach, Dave Joerger, and Darren Collison who is now returning to the rotation as the point guard.

At the present time, The Kings currently have five straight home games that are all against top-tier teams which will begin on Wednesday up until Thanksgiving. If they fail to perform during that stretch, league executives will have no other choice but to drop Cousins from the starting five.

Other NBA Trade Rumors: Rudy Gay Also Leaving The Team?

In another NBA trade rumor, forward Rudy Gay is said to be seeking a trade. In fact, his fellow teammates don’t think that’s going to be changed. This move might force The Kings to finally consider trading Cousins while he’s still valuable.

In addition, it would force other teams around the rest of the league to cut back on what good offer they might get for Cousins. It seems like the hand of Sacramento is getting weaker as time passes by.

NBA Trade Rumors: Shaquille O’Neal Unhappy With Cousins?

According to the team’s minority owner, Shaquille O’Neal, Cousins could be dealt. In addition, Cousins failed to show great leadership qualities up until now. O’Neal also said he is one of the best centers in the league and this cat can do it all.

However, O’Neal added, “He’s a hothead.” That being said, the spreading NBA trade rumors could really be true. In that case, Sacramento Kings won’t be in a good position with the 2016-17 NBA season starting soon.
