BTS Dope Music Video Reached New Heights; Are Chainsmokers Interested To Collaborate With The Group?

The 2015 BTS Dope music video achieved another milestone for the South Korean group. With BTS’ music garnering international attention, American DJs Chainsmokers cited the group as one of the Kpop stars they want to collaborate with.

BTS Dope Music Video Hits 150 Million

Dope, BTS’ 2015 track has set a new record. Asia Starz reports that the South Korean boy group’s music video has garnered over 150 million views and 1.5 million likes on YouTube.

Fans of the Bangtan Boys congratulated the boys for this new milestone of the music video. A fan suggested that BTS fans should join forces and let the Dope music video reach 200 million views soon. Meanwhile, another fan suggested that they should also make the BTS songs reach the one million as well.

Moreover, the fan suggested songs like Not Today, Spring Day And Save Me to other BTS supporters. The BTS members are currently doing their world Wings tour and have just concluded their US trip last week.

Chainsmokers, BTS To Collaborate?

In other BTS news, Digital Music News reports that the Kpop music getting recognized on the international scene, the Chainsmokers want to try and collaborate with these South Korean artists, including BTS and its member Rap Monster.

The outlet further revealed that the American duo do not only listen to the songs but they actually love the genre. In the American DJ’s interview with Yonhap News, Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall revealed that apart from BTS, they also want to collaborate with Big Bang and 2NE1’s CL.

Earlier, the outlet notes that BTS retweeted Chainsmoker’s new album, Memories… Do Not Open and captioned the tweet with: “Their album came out.”

The Taggart-Pall tandem has just released their collaboration track with British rock group, Coldplay titled Something Just Like This. Coldplay and the Chainsmokers debut the song at the Brit Awards on February 22, 2017.

Meanwhile, BTS fans are eager to know whether the duo wants to collaborate with the entire group or with just one of its members, Rap Monster. The South Korean singer recently released a track titled Change which he collaborated with American rapper Wale.

A previous TrippedMedia article reported that the BTS members will be releasing a new album soon. The group’s agency, BigHit Entertainment teased that they have a something special in store for the group’s international listeners.
