Pitch Perfect 3: Ruby Rose Joins Cast; Fans Can Be Part Of The Movie!

After the success of two movies, Pitch Perfect 3 is just a few more months away before it hits theaters once again. Now with more stars being roped in for the third installment, fans can even get a chance to be part of the film! Read on to find out how you can be part of the upcoming flick slated for a December release this year.

Pitch Perfect 3 adds Ruby Rose

After months of speculation, Orange Is The New Black star Ruby Rose confirmed she is joining the cast. Yahoo! Lifestyle reports that while it is still unknown what role she’ll take, the actress will star alongside her fellow Aussie Rebel Wilson and Anna Kendrick.

Not many people know that the 30-year-old actress has been belting out tunes for years. “I actually sung in a church choir for most of my life,” Rose revealed to Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday. The Aussie model and DJ revealed that she took part of it so she and her family could “live in a church parish and pay cheap rent.”

In the episode, she also spoke out about being unemployed when she first moved to LA. “Imagine not getting any work for two years and then getting an audition for the best show in the world,” she said.

Elizabeth Banks invites fans to be part of Pitch Perfect 3

Variety reports that fans can now be a part of the upcoming film. Actress Elizabeth Banks invites fans to be part of the film. Banks recently launched a digital search for creators to help create marketing promos for the movie.

Her company WhoHaha has teamed up with Universal Pictures for the Go Pitch Yourself contest. Simply upload a creative video and answer the question posted on the website.

Five winners will be selected for an all-expenses-paid trip! They will also participate in a week-long Digital Content Lab. Even better, the sessions will be led by the actress herself together with execs from Universal and WhoHaha. The winners’ content may also be featured when the Blu-ray and DVD releases of the film comes out.
