Ocean’s 8 Cast: Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner Cameo Thrills Fans

Ocean’s 8 is setting the platform to pack in as many stars as possible. It is inching closer to wow the world with a stellar all-star cast. The latest addition in the cast are power duo sisters- Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.

Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner were in New York recently, sporting a full glamorous look. They were wearing lace gowns and the sisters definitely made a grand style statement. Reports suggest that the two were shooting for a Met Gala scene for the movie.

Ocean’s 8 Cast: Who All Will Make an Appearance?

Ocean’s 8 is an American heist comedy film directed by Gary Ross. As the name suggests, it is a spin-off of the popular Ocean’s Trilogy. As of now, the makers have been successful in roping in big names. The cast includes Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, Awkwafina, Damian Lewis, Matt Damon, James Corden and Richard Armitage.

Page Six reports that the Met Gala scene will have Kardashian and Jenner along with Anna Wintour, Alexander Wang, and Zac Posen, Derek Blasberg, Vogue editor Lauren Santo Domingo, and Vogue‘s Virginia Smith. MET Museum’s Temple of Dendur is the location where the scenes are filmed.

Ocean’s 8 Club Seen on the Sets

The report further reveals that name cards of Jared Leto, Chloë Sevigny, Dakota Johnson and Gigi Hadid were also found on the sets. However, the celebs did not show up. A source on the sets also mentioned that Cartier was handling the dressing and looks of VIPs and others. Even the extras on the set were donning Gucci and Valentino outfits.

The latest addition in the cast is James Corden. The “Late Late Show” host will be playing the role of “an insurance investigator who grows suspicious” of the gang of eight beautiful damsels who are planning a heist.

Reports suggest that Kim Kardashian’s cameo in Ocean’s 8 will include a jewelry heist. The star may still carry fresh memories from the Paris robbery case. The effects of the robbery on her will be seen in “Keeping up with the Kardashians” show.

It feels good to know that Kim is leaving bad memories behind. She looks raring to go for her performance in Ocean’s 8. The movie releases on June 8, 2018.
