‘Chicken Connoisseur’ Youtuber is Viral For All the Right Reasons!

Elijah Quashie, the 23-year-old teenage-looking ‘Chicken Connoisseur’ Youtuber is a star in his own right – a true inspiration.

Following one’s passion is easier said than done. Fixations like travelling, relationships, career or whatever it may be, not everything finds its niche. In a recent American survey, most people aren’t happy in their career, turns out. Circumstances necessitates to keep one’s nose to the grindstone, subsequently quelling the passion. ‘Chicken Connoisseur’ Youtuber Elijah, on the other hand, is a horse of different color.

Elijah took a leap of faith in the August, 2015 and started a Youtube channel – The Pengest Munch. The channel has the video series of Elijah’s reviews on chicken shops around London suburbs. Although he’s 23, he looks like a typical school kid. Not to mention, he’s a graduate and a former missionary of a Church!

In his channel, The Pengest Munch, he’s nothing but an expert in chicken. He pays visits to the shops, gets a bite and reviews the place. Sounds easy? Don’t get carried away! Elijah here is an expert and he sure knows his thing! Moreover, he draws inspiration from Masterchef’s Greg Wallace himself.

A connoisseur of chicken is undoubtedly first of its kind, but Elijah has his way of doing things. He takes no prisoners with his reviews and can get unmerciful too. One thing he cannot stand is overpricing and underwhelming chicken. With his signature delivery, humor and style, he’s a celebrity in the making, of course.

The ‘Chicken Connoisseur’ Youtuber’s channel has no more than 10 videos, but one has to see the views to believe it. Some of them are over a million, needless to say. After a brief hiatus in 2016, Elijah is back being a critic and he’s doing a wonderful job. Another catch with his videos is his extensive use of slang that makes it a gritty, yet unsophisticated affair.

One thing for certain, Elijah shows all signs of a success story. The testament to what one can achieve by following the passion for something. “Bring the goods” he says, “We’re here for the chicken“!
