The latest speculations on Outlander Season 3 suggest news related to baby drama since the characters Geneva and Isobel will finally be introduced. The show’s hero, Jamie, will find himself in the arms of Geneva and he may become a father of two boys.
Although it is confirmed that the storyline for the new season will be focused on Jamie’s youth, the events have several intriguing implications on the Scotsman’s future. Starz recently signed actresses Hannah James and Tanya Reynolds to portray the Dunsany sisters.
In the original Voyager book, the sisters briefly keep Jamie in their home after Lord John Grey believes the hero is knowledgeable about French gold. The character of Isobel is friendly and kind while Geneva is spoiled because she easily got her desires while growing up.
Interestingly, Geneva is a more prominent character. One desire that challenges the young lady is her attraction to Jamie since she is already married to an old lord. But Geneva eventually threatens Jamie to sleep with her and she later has a son that remarkably looks like the Jacobite.
It is yet to be determined if Outlander Season 3 will follow this intriguing plot. It is also known that Claire will reunite with her lover from the 18th century. Since it is official that Dunsany sisters have been cast, the possibility of many story twists is quite likely.
Variety covered an exclusive on the fresh cast members. James is part of the historical drama Mercy Street while Reynolds just wrapped up Delicious. It is expected that both actresses will excel in their roles.
Some reports hint Geneva’s son may not be the only unexpected son that Jamie may have. International Business Times AU confirms that there will be a child named after the redhead. But the child will be the son of Jamie’s good friend, Ian Murray.
It is clear that there are many Outlander Season 3 characters and stories to anticipate. The cast and crew are currently filming its first few episodes but the franchise will likely release the show in 2017.
