Millennials, Here’s How To Change Your Life If It ‘Sucks’

Okay, so saying life sucks is a pretty big. It’s kind of overly dramatic too. But if you truly feel it enough to say it, then good for you — you realize for yourself that your life needs to change, and this is the first step to actually make it better! If you don’t let the nasty voices in your head get into the way, that is.

If you find yourself bored about what you do every day, or you feel stuck in a rut, there’s a pretty big chance that there’s no one else to blame but yourself. Stop what you’re doing right now and pay attention to the next few lines because you are wasting time just dwelling on something you rightfully can change.

Life Sucks: No One Else To Blame But Yourself

Did you just get fired? Do you feel tired all the time? Do you want to do something but only end up having ideas rather than actions? If you think your life sucks, we’re here to tell you this — it probably does. After all, you won’t be thinking like that if everything is peachy right? But, we’re also here to tell you that it does not have to be like that everyday, starting today (or tomorrow if you rather sulk more).

The blunt truth is that you feel stifled because you hold yourself back too much. If you think you deserve more, you probably do. You will never amount to any form of greatness if you spend your life working some boring desk job that just drains you of your energy because you’re too lazy to get out and search for something more fulfilling – that is no one’s fault but your own.

If you torture yourself while browsing your Facebook feed, seeing how amazing your friends’ life are, immediately delete that app on your phone! You need to start devoting time for yourself and think about what you want and how you can actually take steps to achieving it. Wallow? Nobody has time for that!

Life Sucks: Get Out Of That Rut!

If you want to look better, ditch Mickey Dee’s and start making your own meals in your own kitchen. Exercise, run a mile. Enroll yourself in a dance class, a boxing class, or go to the gym!

If you hate your job, stop whining and spruce up your CV. Don’t cut yourself short for just something convenient only to end up feeling crap. Put in the effort to make things happen and work on achieving your goals through hard work.

You are the reason you are unhappy, and you are the only one who can change that. There’s no way to sugar coat it, but you are your own worst enemy. Now, make a change and stop being the very same person who is standing in the way of the things you want to achieve in life.
