Lady Gaga PTSD Rape Claims Not True, Says Piers Morgan; Singer Wants To ‘Educate’ TV Host

Lady Gaga PTSD news have been making rounds online after the singer publicly announced how she was a victim of that and rape. However, British TV host, Piers Morgan was quick to react on the issue, saying how Lady Gaga made false claims just to advertise her upcoming album. To once and for all clear the cloud of doubt that Morgan has brought upon, Lady Gaga has gladly accepted the host’s interview invitation so she could “educate” people like Morgan just how real the issue is.

Lady Gaga PTSD, rape stories ‘not real’ says Piers Morgan

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD, is a  sensitive topic to talk about, let alone say claims of this mental disorder aren’t true.

In fact, a report from US Magazine revealed how Morgan was adamant that stars like Gaga and Madonna have made up stories about these kinds of issues. Moreover, Morgan even insisted that it’s a “military disease” only.

Morgan took to Twitter to express his thoughts, saying that “Lady Gaga & Madonna have both made allegations of rape many years after the event.” He went on, saying “I fear [sexual assault has] become the latest celebrity accessory. I wouldn’t automatically believe anything either Madonna or Lady Gaga claimed about their lives.”

Despite Morgan’s condescending tweets, Lady Gaga suggested she would like to educate the 51-year-old Brit host about why many people do not even report rape and abuse. She said she would do an interview with him. However, Morgan still kept at his condescending self and continued to berate the singer. Gaga and Morgan’s last tweets do not clarify if they would actually do the interview.

Lady Gaga PTSD experience

The Huffington Post reports that Lady Gaga first revealed about struggling with PTSD in an interview on Today show. It was a few years after she opened up about being raped when she was 19 years old.  The pop singer explained how her condition was triggered by sexual assault and past traumas, is still facing criticism. Morgan called her admission to be “vainglorious nonsense.”

“I suffer from PTSD. I’ve never told anyone that before, so here we are. The kindness that’s shown to me by doctors as well as my family, and my friends, it’s really saved my life,” Gaga revealed. Morgan, however, has claimed that the singer used her latest revelation to “promote” her new album.

Morgan took to Twitter to express his disagreement, saying “I come from a big military family. It angers me when celebrities start claiming ‘PTSD’ about everything to promote themselves.”

At the rate the conversation went, do you think Piers Morgan is actually telling the truth? Or is he just being the righteous judgmental TV host he has always been?
